Although the noise in the room was a drawback, the cleanliness, comfy bed, and accommodating staff made up for it. The central location and excellent service offered a pleasant experience overall.

The staff, from Hugo the concierge to the lovely porter, went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. We were greeted with complimentary champagne upon arrival, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a good selection of TV channels. the location in the Chelsea neighborhood was ideal, allowing us to explore nearby attractions like the Flatiron Building and Bryant Park on foot. the cleanliness and modern aesthetics of the hotel added to our overall positive experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the occasional noise from the street, particularly in rooms facing the front of the hotel. some minor maintenance issues, like a wonky bathroom door, could be addressed to enhance the overall stay.

We liked this hotel and its very good staff and location. Everything was great during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

The room was amazing, with breathtaking views of the World Trade Center and the Empire State Building. As a family, we felt like we were at the center of all the action in NYC.

The hotel's central location in midtown Manhattan was perfect for exploring NYC, and the dog-friendly amenities were stellar. the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff welcoming. However, the additional facility charge for wifi and mini-bar drinks felt like an unnecessary hidden cost that could be improved.

Attractive hotel, I loved its central location really close to good restaurants and Penn Station. Exclusive atmosphere of this venue and particularly helpful staff. I have booked king room for 6 nights, everything was really good, it had an individual safe, multi-channel television and a fridge.

The hotel's location is spot-on, central enough but just the right distance not to be noisy; the rooms are fantastic, especially the twin bedded ones which are pleasantly spacious and come with a Nespresso machine; the staff at the front desk are so friendly and helpful, from pre-arrival to check out, making the experience top-notch. The AC works like a charm and the beds are comfy, plus the bar serves up delicious food and drinks.

best thing is the size of the hotel, it is rather medium so there are no crowds or queues. the location, 6-minute walk from Madison Square Garden. Hotel's facilities are new and modern, they are very good, without luxuries but without lack of anything. perfect reception staff, attend you in a very efficient and pleasant way. In fact we had a problem with the safe and they solved it immediately. They renew every day courtesy drinks in the room, great detail. breakfast is sufficient although they miss a little more variety (in sausage, etc). pastries and jams.. of licking your fingers.. breakfast place is great, spacious and very nice decoration and furniture.

The size of the room was somewhat small, especially the double beds (they were 1.35 m and we slept 4 people in 2 beds, lucky my daughters are thin).

LOVED the personalized service, especially the surprise champagne. Room a bit cleaner would be better. Definitely staying here again! Photos don't do justice.

My friends and I had an epic time at this hotel while exploring the vibrant music and art scenes in NYC. The location was so clutch, near all the hip venues and cultural hotspots. The cool vibe of the hotel and the friendly staff totally added to the vibe. Plus, the clean and modern rooms were the perfect place to crash after our adventures!

The only thing that could have made our stay even better is if the hotel had more late-night entertainment options or a happening rooftop party scene for us young party-goers.

The location is perfect, close to a Metro entrance, a breathtaking view, soft bedding, a room to open two suitcases on the floor.

We only had breakfast once on site. It is too expensive for what is on offer. The cappuccino was delicious, but we were charged extra.
